Welcome to 108 Circle Spring Drive conveniently located off Happy Valley Road in Glasgow, Kentucky. This 2000 square foot house is on a 3/4 acre lot with huge Oak, Maple, Elm and Ash trees. There is a shed in the backyard with a kennel attached that is perfect for bikes or yard equipment if you don't have a dog. The house has a walk out, unfinished 1/2 basement. It is plumbed for a shower and also has a fireplace and could be finished for even more living space.

The roof, furnace, air conditioner, interior and exterior doors, light fixtures, windows, appliances, deck, nearly everything in the bathroom, and flooring are all less than 4 years old. The exception is the hardwood flooring. It is original to the house.

Please excuse the dimness of some of the pictures. It is a shortcoming of the camera. The house is actually very bright. :)

Living Room

The entry of the house opens into the living room which is 17' by 14'. It has hardwood floors and recessed lighting that is controlled by a dimmer switch. It has roman shades that will stay with the house.

Bedrooms

The home has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are located in the same hallway and have original hardwood flooring. All of the bedrooms have wide blinds, lighted closets and are cable ready.

The master bedroom is 13 1/2' by 13'. It has a large closet, two windows and a ceiling fan.

The additional bedrooms are 11' by 10 1/2' , and 11' by 11 1/2'.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is a part of the new addition to the house. It is 8' by 12' and has brand new linoleum. There is plenty of shelving for storage. There is a project area ideal for any crafter, or perfect for folding clothes.

Dining Room

The dining room is part of the addition to the house that was was added a couple of years ago. It is 12' by 12' and is just around the corner from the kitchen. It also has double french doors that open to a two tiered deck overlooking the backyard.

Family Room w/ Gas Fireplace

At 24 by 13 1/2 feet the family room is large and inviting. It includes a gas fireplace and built in bookcases. It is equipped with cable and has a lighted shelved closet for media, games, and blankets.

Kitchen & Bathroom

The Kitchen is 19 1/2' by 11 1/2'. There are cupboards on three sides of the room. There is truly room for everything you would want in a kitchen. There is also plenty of space for this to be an "eat in" kitchen as the third picture shows. The appliances are all less than 4 years old and are negotiable as a part of the sale of the house. The stove is gas and the refrigerator is side by side with a water/ice dispenser. The dishwasher, disposal and hood are included.

The bathroom's tub, shower, toilet, vanity and tile are all just a couple of years old. The vanity is dark oak and has a large matching mirror.

A huge double door linen closet is directly outside of the bathroom.
